About

We exist to close the gap between AI investment and AI return in healthcare.

Your practice already has the tools. We make sure your team actually uses them.

Practice Flow is the AI transformation partner for private healthcare practices. We train the people who run the practice to use the AI tools the practice already pays for. Front desk, billing, clinical staff.

Every engagement is built on your workflows and delivered in your rooms. It is the only thing we do.

Why we exist

One lever moves the needle more than any other.

AI investments fall short in practice after practice. The use cases are unclear, the workflows were never designed for AI, and competing priorities push implementation aside.

We looked hard at where to focus. One lever moves the needle more consistently than any other: training the people who actually run the practice on the tools they already pay for. That is the bet we made, and it is where all of our energy goes.

It is not a hunch. We mapped the workflows a practice runs every day, the ones AI now touches, and asked what actually stops each one from delivering. Nine in ten needed training, not new software.

What it looks like

A practice in flow.

When AI transformation is built around how your practice actually runs, the shift is real and it is fast. The owner stops being the last line of defense for everything admin. The administrator who has been pushing for change finally has a framework the whole team can stand behind. The clinical staff who dreaded end-of-day documentation find their evenings arriving earlier.

That is a practice in flow. Most teams start feeling it in the first session.

The people

The people behind Practice Flow.

Everyone here came out of healthcare. Every Practice Lead has spent years operating, leading and managing multi-site clinics.

You cannot train a front desk, a biller or a provider on work you have never done yourself.

Kamran Qamar

Kamran Qamar

Founder

Kamran spent seventeen years in technology, the last nine in healthcare, first as a co-founder and then as Chief Product and Technology Officer. He built behavioral health risk models, then put LLM agents into post-acute workflows for clinical notes, revenue cycle and quality reporting. None of it delivered until he sat with the clinicians and redesigned the work around it. The Copilot rollout he ran on that principle raised active use 110% in ninety days. Practice Flow exists because of that.

She holds an MBA, and a certificate in Lean Methodology in Healthcare from the University of Michigan. At Practice Flow she coaches the Leads, on winning the work and on delivering it.

John Hickey, DC

John Hickey, DC

Growth Lead, AI Transformation

John is a licensed chiropractic physician who built and ran his own functional medicine clinic for seven years, doing the lab interpretation and metabolic testing himself and managing the EMR, the outreach and the patient education around it. At Practice Flow he is the first conversation a practice owner has, and he stays their point of contact after the work starts. He is here to give clinicians back the patient in the room.

“We work alongside your team, never above it. By the end of an engagement, they don't need us for the basics anymore. That is the whole point.”
