Terms

Terms of use

These cover this website. The work we do for you is governed by your engagement documents, which are published in full.

1

Who we are

This website is operated by Practice Flow LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We provide AI transformation consulting to private healthcare practices, working nationally, on-site where one of our Leads is based and virtually everywhere else.

2

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern an engagement with us.

If you engage Practice Flow, that work is governed by the Client Master Services Terms, the Business Associate Agreement, your Order Form or statement of work, and the Commercial Schedule that arrives with it. Those documents control, and nothing on this website changes them.

Using this site

Use the site lawfully. Do not:

  • Use it in a way that breaks any applicable law
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it
  • Send harmful or disruptive content through it
  • Scrape or harvest its content with automated tools without our written permission
  • Impersonate Practice Flow or misrepresent a connection to us

We may restrict access to the site for conduct that breaks these terms or harms other people.

4

Our content

The text, graphics, logos, research, downloadable documents and frameworks on this site belong to Practice Flow and are protected by copyright.

Anything we publish for free, including our research papers, is licensed for your own internal business use. You are welcome to share it inside your practice. You may not resell it, redistribute it commercially, or present it as your own work.

Who owns what we create during a paid engagement is set out in your engagement documents, not here.

5

What we are not

We are not your attorney, your compliance officer, your auditor or your clinical advisor, and nothing on this site is legal, medical or regulatory advice.

We design our work so HIPAA obligations hold, and we work with AI tools that can operate under a Business Associate Agreement. Where an engagement requires access to systems containing protected health information, a Business Associate Agreement is executed before that work starts.

6

What this site does not promise

The site and its content are provided as they are. We do not warrant that everything on it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.

Any figure or outcome described here is illustrative. What your practice achieves depends on your circumstances and on your team, and we make no guarantee of results.

We train on third-party platforms, including tools from Microsoft, Google and EHR vendors. We are not affiliated with them, not endorsed by them, and not responsible for them.

7

Liability for site use

To the fullest extent the law allows, Practice Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the Client Master Services Terms, which set their own caps. This section does not limit or alter those.

8

Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else, it is for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9

Governing law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules, consistent with the Client Master Services Terms.

If something goes wrong, contact us first. Most things are quicker to resolve that way than through a filing.

10

Changes

We update these terms when what we do changes. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that constitutes acceptance.
