Two of them are published here. The other two are specific to your engagement and arrive with it.
- Order Form or SOW, what is being delivered, when, and for how much. Sent to you for signature.
- Master Services Terms, the legal frame every engagement runs under. Published here.
- Business Associate Agreement, how protected health information is handled. Published here.
- Commercial Schedule, payment, scheduling and cancellation terms. Arrives with your Order Form.
Your Order Form names the exact version of each document it incorporates, so the terms you agreed to stay the terms you agreed to, whatever we publish later.
Earlier versions
Every superseded version stays available.
Nothing has been superseded yet. When a version is replaced, the old one stays published here, because clients who signed against it are still governed by it.
