AI Starter Workshop

Half a day, and one workflow is live.

Three and a half hours, on-site or virtual, run on your workflows and your own data. Your team leaves using something they built, and you leave knowing what it is worth.

Who is in the room

Nobody is off the floor longer than their own track.

The session runs in blocks, one after another rather than at the same time. Clinical staff keep seeing patients through the admin track, and the reverse. This is the whole reason a busy practice can run a workshop at all.

Role Attends Time in the room
Owner Opening and closing blocks About 1 hour
Front desk Opening, admin track, closing About 2 hours
Billing Opening, admin track, closing About 2 hours
Clinical staff Opening, clinical track, closing About 2 hours

Three to ten people, four to six is the sweet spot.

The day

Four blocks, and a break in the middle.

30 min

Everyone

The AI you already have

A live walk through what is already sitting in your EHR and your Microsoft or Google licence. What it does well, what it does badly, and the three things it will not do for you. HIPAA covered in two minutes, in plain language.

60 min

Front desk and billing

The admin track

Your team describes how the work is done today, in their own words. Then we run the selected workflow against that reality, and each person does it on a real task from their own week. It gets saved where they already work.

60 min

Clinical staff

The clinical track

The same arc on clinical work, with an honest calibration first on what note tools can and cannot do. Each clinician runs it on their own documentation until the output is something they would sign.

30 min

Everyone

The numbers and the 30 days

We calculate the return on your own volumes and costs, labeled cash, time and cost avoidance, never summed. Then each workflow gets one measure, one owner and a date. Your day-30 review is booked before we leave.

Nothing is printed and nothing is handed out. Everything your team builds is saved inside the tools they already use.

What you keep

One record, written for your practice.

Two days after the session you get a single document. Not a binder of generic handouts, and not a deck.

  • What we ran, and the steps to repeat each workflow without us
  • The return for each workflow on your own numbers, labeled cash, time or cost avoidance, and never summed
  • What we found, including the AI already in use in your practice that nobody approved
  • Your 30-day commitment: one measure per workflow, who owns it, and how it gets tracked
  • Your day-30 review date, booked before we leave the room

Thirty days later

We come back and check the number.

Every workflow leaves the room with one measure attached to it. Not "the team likes it," but something countable, agreed with the people who have to move it.

Thirty days later we sit down with you and check it. If it moved, you have the return in your own numbers. If it did not, you find out why while it is still cheap to fix.

You are never asked to take the result on faith.

Before the day

One thirty-minute call, once the session is booked.

We learn your EHR, what your team already has access to, and where the work actually piles up. That call is how the session gets built on your real workflows instead of a generic agenda.

It is thirty minutes, and it is the only preparation we ask of you. There is no discovery project, and you are not paying us to learn your business.

Fit

Start here if the tools are in the building and nobody has been shown how.

It suits a practice that cannot pull everyone off the floor for a day, which is most of them, and that would rather see a real result before making a bigger commitment.

It is the smallest thing we sell, and most practices start here. Many never need anything heavier.

Twenty minutes to find out if it fits.

We work out where your practice has the most room to move, and whether the Workshop is the right place to start. If it is not, we will say so.
